Fake police officers have cheated travelers in downtown Helsinki four times this week. The victims have been from Japan or Far East. The phony officers have wanted to see passports, wallets and credit cards, which they have stolen, and they have cheated the victims to tell the pin code of the card. The perpetrators are two males and evidently one female. They are not Finnish, but it's not known yet which country they are from.
